The CSRA Private Duty Adult Day Health Center provides supportive services for adults with functional impairments in a safe and secure environment. Adult Day Care is designed for individuals who do not require 24-hour institutional care, but are not capable of full-time independent living due to a physical or mental disability. Adult Day Health Centers help alleviate both the physical and emotional stress felt by many family members who care for a loved one on a day-to-day basis.

Our center offers medical monitoring, personal care services, therapeutic activities, and nutritious meals Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Clients may qualify for funding through Medicaid's Community Care Services Program and SOURCE Program. Services are also available on a Private Pay basis and are covered by some Long Term Care Insurance policies.

Home IV Therapy, Injections, Wound Care, Medication Administration, Education and Training, Supervision of Aide Services
